The clips begins with a shot of a street with trucks overloaded with people driving towards the camera. The narration begins to talk about the Olympics, and the rise of Hitler in Germany, and the camera shows a military band on parade and a shot of war planes flying taken from the ground. Next comes a shot of Hitler giving a Nazi salute as German troops parade in front of him. The scene fades out and then back to shots of a stadium. The audience is all standing in salute, and there are troops marching around the track. There’s a close up of Hitler giving a speech at four microphones that are shaped like shower heads. The scene cuts to Hitler in front of a museum in Berlin, possibly giving a speech, flanked by brigades of soldiers and other Nazi leaders. A new panning shot appears, following Hitler as he walks along a field followed by a large posse. A young girl comes up to Hitler and hands him a bouquet of flowers. Next comes scenes within the Olympic stadium, with the whole audience in salute as national flags are paraded along the track. First comes the British flag followed by the Nazi flag. There are two close ups of Hitler saluting from a box in the stadium. Birds are released, and they fly is formations throughout the sky while the camera follows their movements. There’s a close up of the Field Marshall applauding to another German medal winning. Afterwards, Nazi leaders are gathered in a group, shaking hands and giving salutes to each other, and then comes a far shot of a foot race. The camera follows the lead runner who is way ahead of he rest, and the camera cuts to a close up of Hitler, cheering and leaning over a bannister.
