Next is a montage of officers stopping people and searching their bags finding hidden stashes of heroin or other drugs. A man lying on a mattress pleads with a cop who is taking away his drugs. Men sit in a rehab center, one is smoking a cigarette. At the rehab center, bars are being removed from the rooms to make it like like a jail.
