In black and white: A little girl walks into an almost empty office, takes her doll with her and goes into another room. The little girl Xeroxes her doll in an old Xerox machine. The girl holds the doll in one hand and the doll’s copy in the other. The same scene only in the present time and in color: A young woman enters an office and Xeroxes a document in a Xerox machine. The woman Xeroxes the same doll from the previous scene. The woman places a copy of the document next to a copy of the doll, and she puts the real doll between the two copies. The woman takes the doll and gives it to a little baby that sits on the floor just beside the Xerox machine.
