A hand places a single kernel of corn down on a white surface. A narrator explains that inside the kernel is a substance called “germ” that is very important to human health. The kernel is then cut in half with a knife, the center part of the kernel, the germ, morphs into a bottle of Mazola corn oil. The bottle is on a white surface amongst vegetables and a clear glass bowl, a hand open the bottle and pours the corn oil into the bowl.
