A young boy in a cowboy hat says goodbye to a friend as he and his family load their car and prepare to move. The boy stares melancholily out the car window, as people on the street wave goodbye to them. He stares at cows grazing in open fields and then looks with surprise at the skyline as they approach the city. The boy walks through crowded streets and stares up with wonder at the buildings. He walks into a classroom and everyone looks at him. He walks with a group of boys through the hallways and works on a science project with them. At the end of the day, the boy gets his things from his locker and sees the group of boys leaving together. As the group is about to leave, one of them invites the young boy to come with them. He accepts and puts on his cowboy hat. They go to McDonald’s and talk and laugh as they eat.
