Dial: “Volkswagen”Scene opens with an interior view a Volkswagen bug. Four men sit inside. One in the back seat can smell the scent of dial soap of one man riding shotgun. Everybody is quite and awkward. The camera zooms out to show a stretch of highway, to illustrate how cramped the passengers of the bug. Commercial ends with a wrapped bar of Dial Soap and a narrator asking, ‘Aren’t you glad you used Dial, don’t you wish everyone did?!’.
