Commercial for Happy Soup. Cartoon train moves down a track, tooting its whistle. Cartoon dog (Pluto) walks on the train tracks and looks surprised when he sees a bird on the tracks. He sniffs the bird and the bird bites his nose. They both hear the train whistle. The train comes toward them. Pluto tries to get the bird to move, but he won’t. Pluto runs to some railroad workers for help. Pluto runs to a the top of a tunnel and jumps in the train as it comes through and pulls the break on the train and the train stops just before hitting the bird. The bird walks away and Pluto sighs with relief. CU of can of Happy Soup. CU of soup in a bowl. A spoon full of soup reveals that the noodles are shaped like train cars. The bird reappears and Pluto tries to catch him.
