A ship approaches Washington with Lindbergh on board. People line the coast to watch the ship’s arrival. Lindbergh calmly salutes the press who are throwing their hats in the air. Lindbergh exits the ship and shakes some hands till he is driven away. In New York harbor hundred of boats await Lindbergh’s ship. Tug boat shoots water into the air. Lindbergh lands in the water and is unloaded on to a small boat. Sailors wave from the bow of their ship. Lindbergh gets a police escort to his car.
