Back to the class room, our narrator (medium shot) discusses the possibility of a surprise attack and what one can do with the 3 seconds they have to protect themselves. Camera cuts to quick scenes of people going about their business (driving, at the office, at work). An explosion occurs (mushroom cloud), people ducking for cover. Afterwards people slowly regroup, checking the damage. Camera cuts back to our narrator (medium shot) and demonstrating how viewers should protect themselves from the blast. Cut to a view of large military boat, as narrator adds that the Atomic bomb can be carried and exploded, under water. We see a blast come out of the water. Camera cuts to man running for cover, to avoid the atomic fall out which comes down as radioactive rain. Scene ends with rain flowing down a window, we can see the man behind the glass, safe. Camera fades to black.
