Buster Keaton segment at an amusement park going on a boat ride with a woman.Opens with a long shot of Buster Keaton outside of the “House of Trouble” at an amusement park standing in front of the vendor and a sort of box from which a woman shoots out (from inside of the House of Trouble). She lands right on his head and both tumble to the ground. Cuts to a medium-long shot where two men help the woman up, she smiles and returns into the house as Buster is sitting on the ground with his legs before him. He scrambles away and runs off screen cutting to a pretty woman trying to step off the sidewalk only to find a puddle in her way. He sees her predicament and throws his jacket onto the puddle for her to step over in a chivalrous manner when a man in a car rolls up over the jacket to pick up the woman. They drive off and Buster picks up his jacket. Cut to a medium-long shot of a woman buying a ticket at a booth which reads “YE OLD MILL”. Medium shot of Buster putting his jacket back on as he looks over cutting to a medium shot of the woman at the booth finishing her purchase. Medium shot of Buster looking entranced as he walks in her direction. Long shot by the ticket booth as he buys a ticket and she walks into the ride in front of him. He follows her as she steps down into a boat for the ride. Medium shot of them getting into the boat. Medium-long shot of them entering the ride on the boat seen from behind, an employee pushes them off into the tunnel. Cut to their boat exiting the tunnel of the ride. She looks angry and Buster has a black eye with his hat destroyed atop his head -- he does not look happy. Medium shot of the two sitting in the boat as it stops. She gets up and walks off the boat, he, with a roll of the eyes, gets up as well after she exits screen. Cut to long shot of her hopping in a car with the amusement park as background. Medium-long shot of Buster walking away and looking back at her. Cut to a long shot of her leaving in her car. And back to Buster as he walks away.
