The footage is shot with a handheld camera. This film is populated by people of an African American community. The footage begins with a ECU of a large stereo system (or boombox) which is playing loud jazzy hip hop beats. The shot zooms quickly zooms out to reveal the crowd on the basketball stands. In the foreground, sitting around the boombox, are young men. One of them, who is tapping and nodding along to the music wears a leather jacket. One sit higher and in the upper central portion of the frame wears sunglasses and is reading a magazine. The shot continues with a snap zoom into a series of ECU shots, first of the magazine cover - it is an ACC Basketball Handbook, then it moves to a CU shot of his face as he reads. Cuts to a MS of the court sideline where players and coaches sit, the shot soon pulls out as referee and one player enters the shot. Cuts to a MCS of one of the coaches. Cuts to a point of view shot from beneath one of the basketball hoops, the footage becomes more erratic as it jumps around following the movement of the ball and the game. The team in white seems to be dominating, making two steals before the footage ends.
