Clip has two parts. One shows members of an African tribe receiving cuts to their faces with a knife. Another shows a white man charming an African black cobra. 

In the first shot, a boy has his forehead cut with geometrical patterns. A young mother, also with facial cuts or scars, holds her infant. A young African man then slowly turns his head as he eyes the camera - as if proud of the cuts or scars that grace the entirety of his face. 

A white man, whose hair is coifed upward, holds a cobra and taunts it as if yelling at the cobra. The cobra, it appears, tries to snap back at the man twice before stopping and shooting out its tongue.
