Here’s a clip of raw footage from 1985 showing the United States Army War College campus in Pennsylvania on a winter day.

Begins with a man holding a brief case and wearing a leather jacket, walking on the street towards the camera. The man sees and meets up with a colleague, who is wearing a tan trench coat. They chat for a bit before going their separate ways.

A building known as Upton Hall stands in the distance. Snow covers the building's front lawn. An American flag that’s flapping in the wind stands to the right of the building. There is light traffic on the street nearby.

The camera then focuses on pedestrians. One man in a trench coat walks away from the camera. Then three men are seen walking in the camera’s direction. All three men are wearing coats and ties, and one of the men carries a duffle bag on his right shoulder and a brief case in his left hand.

A silver water tower stands in the distance. Beyond the tower stand two buildings. And in the foreground are trees that appear to be stripped of their leaves, likely because of the cold weather.

A black man wearing a camouflage uniform walks toward the camera. He has a manila folder in his left hand. The black man is followed by a white man wearing a coat, tie, hat, and name tag.

The clip ends with a wide shot of a snow-covered field on the Army War College campus.
