Mississippi: livestock graze in a field beneath the branches of a Pecan tree. Pecan orchards are seen. Mules pull a plow to till the soil. Seeds are planted by hand. Cultivator then break up the ground and farmers use hoes to prepare the soil. Pecan seedlings are planted. New pecan plants are grafted onto suitable seedlings. Farmers are seen digging in the soil. A family relaxes under a large pecan tree. Children pick up pecan nuts and look at them with their (extremely well dressed) mom.
