A man checks the darkness of the roast against a sample and then pours them, from a chute, into a huge cooling bin that mixes the beans with a fanlike arm contraption--CU of it stirring the beans. Man in white shirt operates the grinding machinery in a warehouse. A woman weighs the ground coffee on a balance.
