Factory Afloat!: views from a fishing trawler. Fish are tossed into the hold. Electric machines scale the fish then they are filleted and boned. Fish are carried on a conveyor belt to the packing room. Fillets are wrapped and boxed. Boxes say ‘Taste O’ Sea’ on them. Hundreds of boxes of fish are put into the freezer. The trawler comes back to dock and is unloaded by crane. Finally we see fish fillets being put into a frying pan.
