Not many people outside with a couple cars driving perpendicularly to the screen away from the camera. Cuts to leader. Then a street with larger buildings, a bus, more cars, etc near the corner of the intersection on the right. A sign reading “ONE WAY” is in the foreground on a lamp post. Cuts to leader. Then to a toll booth/pay station where cars line up to go through. A different shot of the same area with cars driving parallel to the screen, past the camera, or towards the camera with men in uniform directing them where to go.
