Crowd stands and cheers. U.S. Speaker of the House (of Representatives) John Nance Garner and Vice President Charles Curtis, both in the baseball stands, jokingly predict who will win the "game" between the Republicans and Democrats (probably refereing to the upcoming presidential elections).
