Chimpanzees in clothes talking. Shot of them walking down the sidewalk and into a dog pound. Skimpy demands his dog back, but instead the dogcatcher truck with his dog has taken off down the road. He and his friend run after it. Skimpy retrieves his dog despite the dogcatcher’s protest and the dog barks at the driver. The dogcatcher is put in the back of the carriage and the horses run in the other direction leaving him trapped.
