At a rodeo with a huge crowd around the arena, cowboys hang precariously onto bucking broncos. They all get bucked off, and one walks away, looking defeated. A man shakes out his empty wallet and then tosses it aside. At the Reno courthouse, couples get married and divorced. A woman kisses the building’s pillar as a tradition of getting divorced. A couple about to get married sees her and has doubts. She takes off her wedding ring and tosses it into the river. A small wiener dog is at her side, and she takes out her old address book. At the side of the road, a man waits to be picked up for a hitchhike. He wears a barrel around his waist as his former girl drives past in his former car.
