The worker then opens another part of the boulder and pulls out a handful of fine grain, or flour. Cut to a shot of the packing room, where the flour is packaged into cloth sacks. Various shots of workers packing the flour. Another worker in a different room empties the sack of flour into a machine. The narrator explains that this machine is made to mix the different flours together. Shot of baker twisting a valve to measure for the right amount of water to put into the machine with flour. A shot of another baker putting large cakes of yeast into a mixer. The baker also inserts tablets of vitamins and minerals.
