A patrol car drives through a town street, then parks next to a sidewalk. A policeman gets out from the car and patrols downtown by walking around the streets. He stops to chat with a man, but after a little while he looks at his watch and says goodbye, continuing his patrol. The policeman returns to his car and drives off.
