The first commercial opens with cowboys sitting around a table, playing cards. While one of the cowboys shuffles the cards, the stoic cowboys stare each other down. A waiter brings Fresca Soda to the table. In that moment a narrator rants about how refreshing Fresca is. Out of nowhere, a blizzard sweeps through and slowly covers the cowboys with snowflakes. In the next commercial, a old man sits on a chair and says, "Would you like to know how I met Mr. Benson?". It then goes to a flashback of the man in a trench at war, taking a cigarette from his comrade. Once he's home from the war he goes searching for the man on the pack of cigarettes, Benson. He goes through outrageous conditions to find Benson.
