Seeing that his wife is alright, the dentist and his wife head back to the office. Meanwhile Chaplin takes over his role, continuing his attempts to seduce the young female patient. When the patient leaves, Chaplin rushes in a young male patient, whom he roughly tries to take out his bad tooth with giant pliers. Noticing the commotion, another male patient walks into the office and a fight ensues with Chaplin, the two male patients, and eventually the dentist as well as he walks in on all of the action. The film ends with Chaplin and the dentist's wife accidentally knocking each other out.
