Clip of Director Frank Capra's war propoganda cartoon "Private Snafu." The character Private Snafu stands in line for a physical exam as part of the enlistment process. He gets sick and complains about the way the army is run. He is granted a wish by "The Technical Fairy" a trouble making, cigar-smoking miniature G.I., to become head of the army and rid of all discipline. Whilst Private Snafu is being pampered by a group of women, he is alerted that the Germans have arrived.
