A car with a sign on its top reads "More modern than Ford's labor policies" drives out front of the Ford headquarters. Outside of the factory men and women protest and hand out newspapers and flyers. They hold up signs that say "Ford defies the Wagner Law" and "Ford the only shop left". Still footage of inside the Ford factory is shown. The factory is completely deserted. Three workmen are shown and the camera zooms in on one of their faces. The subsequent scene shows a protest. A car drives through the street waving an American flag and a man shakes people's hands. Other cars parade down the street.
