A little boy brushes snow off car. Another boy is seen making snowballs and throwing them offscreen. Next is another title card which reads "Boston" with the United Press logo in the background. Begins with a National League hockey game at Matthews Arena. The Boston Bruins and the Montreal Canadians are playing against each other. The wear no helmets and rudimentary gear. The Canadians score a goal and a shot of the crowd is shown. A big fight breaks out and several players fall upon each other, throwing punches. As they get up another fight breaks out between two players. The scene ends with the Bruins playing the puck into the Montreal zone.
