Man dressed in a traditional Chinese outfit ties a bird it looks like he kidnapped dressed in a police outfit onto a rocket pointed towards an open window. The man lights a match, places it on the wick of the rocket and throws it towards a little bird that throws it into a box of fireworks, which explode, scaring a sniffing dog. The dog scares the man and the dog onto jumping onto the rocket as it goes off, flying through the window over the city before crashing into the police station.
