Rather racist old cartoon in which a little blond girl is escorted by to men with spears over to a smiling fat sultan that tries to give her a banana. A cubby blond man comes to her add with a huge bag of money. He throws it at the sultans stomach, only to have it bounce back and hit him in the head. The sultan blows a bubble which surrounds the cubby blond man, causing him to float up towards the ceiling. There, he directs the bubble to a pointed statute, pops it, causing him to fall down onto the fat sultan. The cubby blond man grabs the sultan’s beard, and the two wrestle around
