Spotlight on Aviation; April 1953; A wide shot of a Kansas City car factory reveals that it is also producing airplanes. We see men completing work on the Thunder Streak. At an air show in France, planes (including flying box cars, a french transport, a jet called "le mystère," among others) perform as a happy crowd watches. Close-up views of crowd members, NATO Air Chief General Norstad, French President Auriol, and aviatrix Jacqueline Auriol. Jumping back to the US, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, we see paratroopers as they enter Globemasters, and the Globemasters as they take off, and finally the paratroops falling through the sky after jumping.
