At the White House, President Eisenhower meets with Japanese Prime Minister Kishi to sign a treaty for mutual cooperation and security between Japan and the U.S. Eisenhower makes a speech after the signing. The newsreel shows Kishi and Eisenhower signing the documents and shaking hands in Hungary. The second part of the newsreel is a Hungarian commercial for instant dry cleaning. It shows a man walking down the street holding flowers and falling. He is on the way to see his girlfriend, but his clothes are now muddy. He wants them clean quick so he goes to an "instant dry-cleaner".  He enters a pool full of other people and he exits the pool with a dry-cleaned suit.
