The second newsreel depicts a plane hijacking by a father and son in El Paso, Texas. When the plane lands, two flight attendants are freed from the plane. They are helped down from a door by the wheel of the plane. The hijacking is linked to Fidel Castro. The plane sits on the tarmac surrounded by police with guns. The two hijakcers, Leon Bearden and his son Cody are led off the plane and into cop cars. In East Berlin, people pack up and try to make their way to West Berlin. WS of people walking with suitcases.
