Camera follows 3 uniformed police as they walk down a street in Washington D.C. They proceed to enter a dingy predominantly African American bar and search it for drugs. They ask an employee to move a table under which they find several baggies containing illicit material. They proceed to walk out of the bar without exchanging a single word with anyone. Bystanders can be heard commenting on the police presence. Entire sequence is one continuous shot without cuts.
