An African American police officer knocks on the door of the residence and the resident responds that he is in the garage. The officer explains that he is looking for a man who has been cashing bad checks and he must arrest him. The resident identifies himself as the man that the officer is looking for but is questioning why they sent him as an African American man alone in this neighborhood to arrest him.
