This late ‘60s clip shows the statute of a dog’s head, spinning during the day and then during the night. This dog is the mascot of Doggie Diner, a now defunct fast food business that once operated in Northern California.

There are two basic shots in this clip: One during the day, one at night. In the day shot, there's an American flag flapping in the wind next to the spinning dog head. In the night shot, there's a sign for American Savings that's spinning along side the spinning dog head.
