Here's 1990s footage of Oakland Police officers arresting a black man, a rundown Oakland neighbordhood, two youth dealing drugs, and a group of youth staring suspiciously at the camera.

Begins with a tracking shot through a rundown, low-income neighborhood.

A black kid pushes an empty shopping cart down a sidewalk.

Dilapidated homes are seen from a passing car.  A few children stand outside of these homes.

Two kids appear to be dealing drugs on the side of a building.

We then see two Oakland Police officers holding an African-American man in custody. One officer holds the man by the front of his red plaid long-sleeve shirt. Another officer holds the handcuffs that the black man is wearing while checking his pockets and other parts of his clothing for contraband.

The end of the clip is a long shot of youth looking at the camera while standing next to a parked vehicle. The youth look like gang members and like they’re up to no good.
