Clip here shows San Francisco police officers tending to several "incidents" in '90s San Francisco: They arrest a man in an alley, interview witnesses in a parking lot, and help those involved in a car accident.

San Francisco police stand next to a man who is seated on a curb in an alley between Capp Street and South Van Ness Avenue, just off of 24th Street, in San Francisco's Mission District. The man who is in handcuffs was apparently involved in a shooting.

Police then interview witnesses in a parking lot on Cesar Chavez Street near Mission Street. Police block off an area in the parking lot with yellow tape. Bystanders on the sidewalk look on. Multiple bullet shells lay on the street.

A damaged white car sits in the middle of an intersection - specifically, at Hyde and McAllister Streets - right next to U.C Hastings School of Law in San Francisco's Tenderloin District. An ambulance and the SF Fire Department are already on site.
