Here's a 1969 home movie showing: individuals practicing karate, a karate tournament, and fireworks. 

The clip begins with an older asian-looking man wearing a gi and sitting cross-legged. He appears to be breathing deliberately and getting himself primed to fight. He nods his head repeatedly and shakes his body as if in some trance state. He looks like he might be a master karate practitioner. 

We then see fireworks exploding in a dark sky. The fireworks are superimposed over red waterfall-like imagery. 

Another man wearing a gi is practicing karate moves alone. 

The clip ends with a karate tournament. Several pairs of men fight each other while in the presence of a referee. Much of the tournament is in slow motion, though parts are in real-time and show how quickly the participants move their arms and legs.
