Clip is a commercial for PicWay Shoe Mart during the '70s. 

After a mother parks her car, she and her son and daughter get out of the vehicle and enter PicWay to go shoe shopping. There are aisles of shoes in boxes. Customers select the shoes they want and try them on - true to their advertisement that the store is "Self Serve."

At the clip's end, the narrator says that "there’s no hassle from overzealous salesmen, no rush, just easy shopping, and PicWay prices."
