This footage is of neon and incandescent signs, as well as a band playing in a bar at night in 1973.

The first two neon signs say “Bar” and “Cocktails.” A star-shaped sign lights up from the center and the light moves outwards. Bulbs flash around a lit sign saying “Eddie’s Hollywood Palace.” Another neon sign says “Merril’s.” A dark orb has long thin bulbs radiating from it and flashing.
