This clip from 1991 shows mail being processed at a United States Postal Service facility in California. The entire facility is permeated by orange light from the facility's overhead lamps.

Begins with mail moving up an inclined conveyor belt and dropping into large carts. Piles and piles of mail are being moved on the conveyor belt. The camera gets close up shots of the mail, showing addresses, names, and the varieties of postage stamps used.

A woman pushes a canvas cart filled with mail next to a large yellow machine.  We then see the mail from the canvas cart being dumped into the machine. The side of the machine has a sticker that reads "SAY NOW TO DRUGS," a play on First Lady Nancy Reagan's "Just Say No" campaign, which tried to get kids to reject the use and culture of drugs.
