Here's a 1931 home movie of Vassar College, a private liberal arts college located in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Begins with a group of young women exiting a building. Later the same women are seen biking away from the same building.

A girl and a young woman walk around the Vassar campus.

Young women wearing bulky coats exit a building. Many are carrying books and book bags and look quite happy to have perhaps finished class.

Title card reads, "Vassar College 1931. Senior Prom in April." Dressed up men and women walk past the camera on the Vassar campus. The men wear tuxedos, and one man wears a top hat.

Another title card reads, "Founders Day in May. Baseball Game - Garden Party - Hoop Rolling." Large crowds of people are on the Vassar campus for these very events.

A woman poses on campus for the camera. A child and man pose on a sidewalk for the camera.

A third title card reads, "Sophomores choose class tree between Taylor and the Libe." Long shot of a campus building, which looks like a mini castle; large trees line the road that leads to the this castle-like building.

On a dark early evening, the class of 1931 wears their caps and gowns, possibly practicing for graduation.

A fourth title card reads, "St. Elmo before the races. Derby Day at New Haven." Young men and women are fancifully dressed, lounging on the campus lawn during a sunny day. Ivy covers one of the campus buildings.
