This is a clip of a dream sequence in which a woman flies to the Waldorf Astoria to a party full of cars and people. It opens on a WS of a cityscape with a dark blue BG with a woman singing in VO. MS of woman with cropped hair sleeping in bed, pull back to show her bed, night stand, and stars and a moon in BG. Cut to a LS of the bedroom as a man in a mask and tuxedo bursts into the room. He dances to her and holds out a platter. In MS we see him offering an invitation on the platter (his voice is heard singing, but his lips do not move). He spins around and disappears. Cut to a MS from behind the woman in bed reading her invitation with a CU of the heart-shaped paper. WS of her dancing around her bedroom, and standing before her mirror as her pajamas suddenly become a gown. Her invitation flies away (with a MS of the invitation flying against the night sky and city), and she flies after it. MS of man in tuxedo with the invitation in hand at a set version of the Waldorf Astoria. She twirls in, then runs down a hallway toward the man in the tuxedo (brief CU of her face). Cut to WS of her arriving in a dark, glittery room as she leaves her invitation with the tuxedoed man. MS of her looking surprised over a balcony, cut to her looking down on a LS of a crowd of people with two cars on display near the top of the screen. In MS the masked man points at something over the shoulder of the woman, then he disappears. A set of opera glasses appears in her hands. In WS we see her below in the crowd, then the man lifts her up to see something. MS behind her, we see a car, as she sings “I want a corvette”. Cut to her dancing on the shoulder of the man with another car in BG, singing, “I want a a Pontiac too”, with a CU on the car.
