Very early recordings from the field to vinyl record. Blues musicians Sonny Terry, playing harmonica, and Brownie McGhee, playing guitar, perform “Red River Blues”, while a man records it onto a record. Scene is in, or just outside of a barn. WS of microphone in front of musicians and audio engineer, and CUs on musicians playing. Next, Woody Guthrie performs “The Ranger’s Command”, sitting in the back of a cargo truck, while another man stands by and an audio engineer records him onto record. Continuous WS on Woody Guthrie.
