A small, white sedan is billowing smoke or steam from the engine compartment as it moves along a quiet, unoccupied section of roadway. The driver, a young person of color wearing bright yellow top and long orange slacks, pulls over and gets out to open the hood and releases much more smoke or steam. The driver goes to the side of the road and waves down a white van, which pulls over and the passenger converses with stranded driver. The audio is voiceover comments about the dangers of hitchhiking. The conversation concludes and the van drives away, leaving the stranded motorist to collect some items from the car and begin walking along roadway.
