San Francisco; April 1955; In Daly City parade is put on for 14 year old David Stewart, in celebration of his love for parades and the one he put on himself the previous year. We see musicians and soldiers going by as well as fire trucks and David on a horse. We see cars backed up as the parade goes by. A young girl is asked to put on the crown and declines, but later allows it to be put on her.
