On the advent of Jerry Garcia's death on August 9th, 1995, people gather from all over to celebrate his life. Crowds of people gather in drum circles and dance together, in the park, at night. Local news channels document the ceremonial event. People at the event light candles and make a large shrine out of them. People sit around the candle shrine and talk about Jerry's life. The cameraman interviews people. He asks how they feel, and they respond saying they're sad. A couple talks about their experiences as 'Dead Heads' and the effect Jerry Garcia had on their lives.
