The 1963 opening of Legend City Amusement Park in Tempe, Arizona. Begins with LS of cars pulling into the park's parking lot, then MS of drivers paying for parking, LS of passangers being driven to park in long train, and finally reaching the ticket booth. Then shots of people waiting in line, and brief footage of owner speaking in front of crowd then cutting the ribbon for the grand opening. People are driven in old fashioned cars through park, then MS of people entering safari boat. On the boat ride passangers see cowboys shot down by Indians, and an animatronic dinosaur. Next shots of a marching band, followed by a peformance from a small latin band. Then a high LS of a train going along a large lake, after a LS of train from ground level. The clip ends with a camera zoom onto a sleeping baby being pushed in a stroller.
