The second part of the newsreel depicts a crowd filled University of Alabama campus. A deputy U.S. attorney approaches Governor George Wallace. The U.S. attorney hands Wallace paper from John F. Kennedy, which states Wallace must allow African American students to enroll in the school. Wallace does not move from the entrance to the school in protest to an integrated school.
