This 1990s clip shows a murder investigation getting underway at a check-cashing store in the Mission District of San Francisco. The store is located near the intersection of Capp Street and 24th Street. 

An investigator talks to police outside the store. Yellow police tape blocks off the area around the crime scene; the yellow tape reads, "POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS." Cop cars are parked on the street. Some cops stand guard, as if to make sure no one enters the scene being investigated. 

Sounds of constant traffic and people talking drone on.
